Privileged contact with airlines and airport service providers
• In charge of transfers of airline crews such as: Air France, Air Austral, Condor, South African Airways and Air Seychelles
• Responsible for the handling of transit passengers for these airlines

• At the hotel: Counters in most hotels and briefing sessions with guests within 24 hours of arrival. Available 24/7 on mobile phone.
• Our reservations and customer services departments are available 24/7.
• Dedicated team to help you.
• Reservations: Available Mondays to Fridays: 8.30 a.m. - 6 p.m and on Saturdays & public holidays: 8.30 a.m. - midday. 
• Reservation department can organise: stays on nearby islands and visa formalities (upon request).
• Via hotel representatives, customer services caters for extension of stays and change of return flights.
• Works closely with tour operators and their clients once they have arrived.
• In case of accident/death: customer services ensures the communication between the client’s insurance company, the hospital, the funeral parlour and tour operators

2. Controlling paper consumption, with 'sort and select' procedures to facilitate recycling
3. Making regular checks on vehicles to reduce harmful emissions
4. Recycling water used for washing vehicles
